Who we are
Home Movers Plus is a concierge service for conveyancing. We are the data controller for the information you give us when you request a quote, contact us or apply to join our panel.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, postcode, property value, target completion date and anything you tell us about the move. For firm applications we collect firm name, SRA number, coverage and capacity.
How we use it
To produce your quote, to introduce you to one vetted panel firm, and to keep you updated on progress. We never sell your details and we do not pass them to a list of companies.
Who we share it with
The single SRA-regulated firm matched to your case, and the referral partner who introduced you where that applies. Our hosting and communications providers process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. Matter-related records are kept in line with the panel firm's regulatory obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@homemoversplus.example and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
